Nero Standard 2018

Im not computer illiterate but this was frustraing. This disk gave an error that said try again later. ??? I tried it on 2 different computers and it wouldnt load on either devise. I had previously used Nero and Im familiar with how it works. I loved my old Nero program but this is the second Nero disk Ive tried and neither one would even download. I sent it back. Sooo disapointed!

Nero is a very good software. Microsofts Media Player has not moved the song title and artist to the CD for some years now; Nero does. Also Nero has better audio sound. Dont know how they do it but it does. I read on a chat room people had trouble with Nero and Windows 10.....I didnt.

Love this for editing my home movies.

Does everything I want it to do. User friendly

This wouldnt install on my Win 10 64 bit machine. Shipped it back for a refund.

I purchased Nero Standard ROM 2018 for my Windows 7 PC from Amazon. I installed it, downloaded all the updates and registered it. When I tried to burn some audio files from cds, I got various error messages. Once I just could not open up Nero Burn - it just stalled and the task manager said the program was not responding and I had to reboot. Other times I was able to add the songs that I wanted to burn onto a cd, but after it added them, I was either not able to burn because that key was inoperative or once it started burning and after a lot of time it said that the burn failed. I tried to get tech help - The box gave where to go on their website to fill out a form. No form there. Also no phone tech help (the company is located in Germany!). At the website they do not even list this version of Nero 2018! Clicking on tech support always takes you to sales page and no support anywhere there! I am even having trouble uninstalling the darn program. Thank goodness for Amazons return policy - It is free and I will get a refund of my money as soon as they receive what I received from Nero. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!

I bought this software because my Windows media player was giving me a problem and I could not figure out how to fix it. This solved my problem and I am thinking about upgrading. I do recordings for my church and I needed something to help with transferring audio for one source to another. This helped with that.

This is my 3rd Nero and like all the others that I have owned and used, it fits most, if not all of my basic needs. Currently for $19.99, its a steal.
