I had to buy these when the ones I had bought previously became unavailable. These are almost identical. The rubber coating doesnt go as far up, and they arent quite as big/long as the original, but they are working really well. As I mentioned with the other ones, throw out the sad little screws in the box. They are worthless. Get some metal toggle anchor bolts. Youre probably not going to be able to get all these hooks into studs. (And honestly, you dont want to trust anything that heavy on these hooks that you would need a stud for anyway.) The toggle anchors will make these hooks stronger and more stable in the drywall. Ive used toggle anchors with all the hooks I put into the drywall, and these hooks are really strong. I always have a stash of these anchors, and theyre easily found in hardware stores or on Amazon. If you want to put these into concrete blocks or similar, make sure you have the right drill bit and anchors. Even with the right drill bit, I just didnt have the strength or patience to finish the job. In this case, as long as you are not hanging something very heavy, you can glue them onto the concrete. You have to buy cyanoacrylate adhesive superglue (found on Amazon!) in order to do this, but it does in fact work. (Advanced users only; that stuff can be dangerous to use.) Again, lighter objects only, although most of those glues do advertise up to 5000 pounds. You could also use concrete mix, I suppose; again, advanced users only. Point being, these hooks are very versatile, BUT, use a better method for putting them up than what comes with them.

Used the small “U” hooks to hang bicycles in the garage. Used the supplied 2” screws and they have not bent or broken in the month or more that the bikes (~35-40 lbs) have been hanging there. The remaining hooks have not been used yet.

Well made and the assortment was good for me in the garage

When taking these hooks out of the box and mounting them, I was very impressed. Theyre strong and durable, but I soon learned an apparent flaw in how theyre assembled. What Im referring to is the rubber like sleeve that is installed over the hook, which is supposed to firmly hold the handle of the tool in place. I have an assortment of 15 garden tools, and with the exception of a couple, they easily slid down, regardless of which direction I tried storing them. So, what I ended up doing was to lower the hooks (theyre all mounted on a 1 x 4 piece of lumber, about 7 feet long), so that that the handles of the tools will be on the floor. I also rotated the hooks about 30 degrees off of vertical so that they tend to cup the tool handles a bit better. I gave these hooks a 4 rating, not because of their lack of sturdiness, but because they dont work that well in holding the tools. I noticed that some other customers experienced this same problem.

Half the hooks are already installed. They work perfectly. Very durable. Just what was needed, and I did not know they existed before looking on Amazon.

I love these hooks, have ordered several sets. Perfect for hanging tools in my garage, they are strong, easy to install and the different shapes and sizes will accommodate lots of didn’t tools.

Tried a myriad of garage tools. Holds my kids tools and thats about it. Was hoping that I could swap directions for many of my tools to save space -- if the shovel head was down, the shovel is coming down, the weight dragged the rubber ring down and never locks (rubber keeps slowly spinning). Keeping the shovel with the head up, works... But then you have to have a protrusion for it to stop otherwise itll slide off also (the heads usually do), but then all the tools widest parts are at the same level eliminating the main benefit of this (condensing). Same thing happened with lighter weight tools as well.
