> 3 daySturdy hooks. Bought two (2) different sets of them. Like the fact of two (2) hooks in one, for that added support. Things off the garage floor and hung up. Now I have my two (2) car garage back! Recommended.

Greater than one weekThese hooks were not only easy to install, but offered a for a variety of tools to hang on them. I would highly recommend them for light or heavy tools.

28-11-2024Hooks are as described. Might be perfect for your application. However, I was using them to hang various yard tools by the tool handles (using the friction of the handles) and the hook coating easily stripped off of the hooks, causing the tools to disengage (handles slipped through the hook) and fall.

> 3 dayI was able to hang a wide range of items in my garage (everything from a tile saw to an extension ladder, even my mom’s walker). Getting organized and having everything off the floor has been great!

> 3 dayWhen taking these hooks out of the box and mounting them, I was very impressed. Theyre strong and durable, but I soon learned an apparent flaw in how theyre assembled. What Im referring to is the rubber like sleeve that is installed over the hook, which is supposed to firmly hold the handle of the tool in place. I have an assortment of 15 garden tools, and with the exception of a couple, they easily slid down, regardless of which direction I tried storing them. So, what I ended up doing was to lower the hooks (theyre all mounted on a 1 x 4 piece of lumber, about 7 feet long), so that that the handles of the tools will be on the floor. I also rotated the hooks about 30 degrees off of vertical so that they tend to cup the tool handles a bit better. I gave these hooks a 4 rating, not because of their lack of sturdiness, but because they dont work that well in holding the tools. I noticed that some other customers experienced this same problem.

03-12-2024Tried a myriad of garage tools. Holds my kids tools and thats about it. Was hoping that I could swap directions for many of my tools to save space -- if the shovel head was down, the shovel is coming down, the weight dragged the rubber ring down and never locks (rubber keeps slowly spinning). Keeping the shovel with the head up, works... But then you have to have a protrusion for it to stop otherwise itll slide off also (the heads usually do), but then all the tools widest parts are at the same level eliminating the main benefit of this (condensing). Same thing happened with lighter weight tools as well.
