> 3 dayI had to buy these when the ones I had bought previously became unavailable. These are almost identical. The rubber coating doesnt go as far up, and they arent quite as big/long as the original, but they are working really well. As I mentioned with the other ones, throw out the sad little screws in the box. They are worthless. Get some metal toggle anchor bolts. Youre probably not going to be able to get all these hooks into studs. (And honestly, you dont want to trust anything that heavy on these hooks that you would need a stud for anyway.) The toggle anchors will make these hooks stronger and more stable in the drywall. Ive used toggle anchors with all the hooks I put into the drywall, and these hooks are really strong. I always have a stash of these anchors, and theyre easily found in hardware stores or on Amazon. If you want to put these into concrete blocks or similar, make sure you have the right drill bit and anchors. Even with the right drill bit, I just didnt have the strength or patience to finish the job. In this case, as long as you are not hanging something very heavy, you can glue them onto the concrete. You have to buy cyanoacrylate adhesive superglue (found on Amazon!) in order to do this, but it does in fact work. (Advanced users only; that stuff can be dangerous to use.) Again, lighter objects only, although most of those glues do advertise up to 5000 pounds. You could also use concrete mix, I suppose; again, advanced users only. Point being, these hooks are very versatile, BUT, use a better method for putting them up than what comes with them.

> 3 dayThese are really great hooks and very sturdy. Someone stated that the hooks would not be strong enough to support a ladder, but I hung my Werner 16 foot extension ladder on the long hooks and there was no sag to the hooks whatsoever. I do like that you can hang multiple shovels, rakes, etc on the same long hook, it really saves room. Going to buy another of the long hooks so I can hang my ladder full time. The only complaint is that some of the screws are not that great, I had several bent screws in my kit. Not really a problem since I used heavier construction screws to hang them. Not worth losing a star over.
