Arrived with the connector on the plug deformed and cracked. I went to return it today and discovered there is a return window that I just missed. Stupid me, but 1 month seems awfully short.

Im deployed to Afghanistan now but I left my Dell 180W power adapter back at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar while traveling. My Dell M4800 Precision laptop was mission essential so I ordered a replacement from Amazon and received it in Afghanistan in 10 days!

Dead on Arrival, Looked physically OK.. but no indicator light and no power to the laptop. Refund requested immediately.

Arrived on time, works great. We just did a bunch of upgrades to our Alienware laptop and the dang charger cord goes out. This one was a great price and weve had it about a month with no issues so far.

I didnt receive a 180W charger. I instead got a 65W charger.

Works great with my Dell G7 as a replacement for my lost power block. No issues so far

Lost power due to a very bad storm. Power lights were on computer but would not boot. Tried every Google suggestion. Since easy return tried a new adaptor and bought genuine Dell for value as $3 more. Tried thinking possibly fried and my AIO was saved.
