> 3 dayIm deployed to Afghanistan now but I left my Dell 180W power adapter back at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar while traveling. My Dell M4800 Precision laptop was mission essential so I ordered a replacement from Amazon and received it in Afghanistan in 10 days!

> 3 dayArrived with the connector on the plug deformed and cracked. I went to return it today and discovered there is a return window that I just missed. Stupid me, but 1 month seems awfully short.

> 3 dayDell Precision M4800, had intermittent msg regarding OE power supply not being correct, please plug in correct one. Eventually I noted that battery indicator said plugged in, not charging. Then got msg that battery was nearing the end of its life. So I replaced battery and still had, plugged in not charging msg. I purchased this power supply and was happy to see battery charging. Now I have two working batteries and one working power supply. Yay! Hope that helps you decide what to replace :)

> 3 dayNot sure why so many people are complaining about this item? Its exactly as described. Received quickly and very well packaged. After over 10 years of using the 150W adapter stupid Dell sent with my Inspiron 2320, a processor upgrade from an i3 to an i7 forced me to finally purchase the 180W adapter recommended for the system. My old machine is now chugging along happily and no longer complaining about lack of power. Thumbs up!
