Charger type listed as unknown on my Alienware 15 so only ever shows plugged in and will not charge the gradually depleting battery. Unknown power supply warning given on system boot.

Power adapter is exactly as described. A perfect match for a Dell Precision M4800 laptop. Brand new - packaged well and shipped quickly.

Arrived with the connector on the plug deformed and cracked. I went to return it today and discovered there is a return window that I just missed. Stupid me, but 1 month seems awfully short.

Looks like the other one I have. Needed one for travel and one for the office.

I didnt receive a 180W charger. I instead got a 65W charger.

Ad Stated Power cord was to come with it. It did not!
