Perfect brand-new. Works perfectly

I installed this on my older HP LaserJet 5200 Series PCL 5 and it just worked. Its nice when that happens occasionally. I wish Id bought this before wasting a bunch of time trying to set up a print server.

It works as expected

After replacing multiple 610 servers over the years, we discover they have a questionable build quality. The 620 is the only way to go if you dont want to replace these every 9 months or so.

Item was used vs new but seller (USA Printer Company) was very responsive. The item I received was used with configuration information in memory from the previous owner. That made setup difficult because I assumed it was at factory defaults. I emailed the seller on Sunday and got a call back on Monday. He apologized and offered to help me set it up. By then I had figured it out and the card was working in my printer and I did not want to exchange it for a new card. Seller offered me a partial refund for the product being used and for my trouble and I accepted that as reasonable compensation. I am pleased with the product performance and very pleased with the sellers customer support.

card was new and had no problems in HP Laserjet 4050 printer

This printer network card arrived on time and it was easy to install. My old one went bad during firmware upgrade, this one came with latest HP firmware. It works good.

Replaced old card and printer starter working again. Work as advertised.
