New-HP J7934G - Jetdirect 620N Fast Ethernet Print Server - HEWJ7934G

Item was used vs new but seller (USA Printer Company) was very responsive. The item I received was used with configuration information in memory from the previous owner. That made setup difficult because I assumed it was at factory defaults. I emailed the seller on Sunday and got a call back on Monday. He apologized and offered to help me set it up. By then I had figured it out and the card was working in my printer and I did not want to exchange it for a new card. Seller offered me a partial refund for the product being used and for my trouble and I accepted that as reasonable compensation. I am pleased with the product performance and very pleased with the sellers customer support.

This printer network card arrived on time and it was easy to install. My old one went bad during firmware upgrade, this one came with latest HP firmware. It works good.

Works perfectly and arrived quickly.

The 620N is much better than the 615N, which does die on a regular basis. The 620N is a great replacement that proves reliable.

Replaced old card and printer starter working again. Work as advertised.

Printer back in business

I LOVE this! So easy to install! Turn off printer, insert card, turn on printer. It finds the IP address automatically and there was NO configuration that I needed to do. Installed the driver right away on my computer and print quality was absolutely perfect. Cant tell you how much I love this card. Makes a P3015d turn into a P3015dn!!!!

This part was shipped very quickly and worked properly. Very satisfied.

Works perfectly in my HP2420d... as it should.
