After a minor configuration change to match the network it was installed in, It has worked flawlessly since being received.

Instead of replacing an expensive main board in our Laserjet 3525, we popped this in an open expansion bay, and we were off!

Item was used vs new but seller (USA Printer Company) was very responsive. The item I received was used with configuration information in memory from the previous owner. That made setup difficult because I assumed it was at factory defaults. I emailed the seller on Sunday and got a call back on Monday. He apologized and offered to help me set it up. By then I had figured it out and the card was working in my printer and I did not want to exchange it for a new card. Seller offered me a partial refund for the product being used and for my trouble and I accepted that as reasonable compensation. I am pleased with the product performance and very pleased with the sellers customer support.

My NIC card went out during a power surge and I wasnt sure if this one would work. After doing some research I figured I would give it a try. I fit perfectly and I now have my network printer back.
