> 3 dayI bought these fall 2021, review: fall 2022. Out of all the socks I own, I dream of wearing these the most. Putting them on is a luxury, a small reason to smile each morning. The quality has held up beautifully (I bought other brand wool socks at the same time, those are showing wear, 9-5 sock brand is not.). They expand to fit around your foot very comfortably, and I know I’m wearing something practical and pampering at the same time. They are thick enough to make walking without shoes a tad bit more comfortable when I’m padding around the house. I’ve worn these in 30f days and 80f days, they are a bit too warm on the 80 degree day, but I was not nearly as miserable as I thought I’d be. I would not recommend these if you work a hard job (manual labor), I suspect they would wear out faster. I work in a studio/office setting, great for the studio, the house, weekends and those other moments when I need a little pampering but have no time to do anything else. My only regret is that I only own 1 set. Oh I also really enjoy the calming color ways, soothing deep chocolate brown or deep blue with complimentary highlights are visually beautiful as well.

Greater than one weekThe knit is tight, stretchy and soft. Also thick but not overly so. They also come up a little under mid calf. Plenty long and not short so they dont fall around ankles. Tight enough so they dont slip and yet dont cut off circulation. Underpriced considering the great quality. I love them. The decoration knit into top is awesome. Good colors.

> 3 dayBeautiful and so soft! They say you can wash them but need to hang dry. I’m sure at some point I’ll accidentally put them in the dryer but I suppose that will make them shrink. I’ll be happy to let them air dry since they are so, so nice!

Greater than one weekReally comfortable socks that fit well. Not too tight or binding anywhere. Nice colors and very warm. My only complaint-and honestly I just must not have read the fine print--is that they are 100% wool so I can not wash and dry like other socks. Like them enough to hand wash them though.

> 3 dayI have given a set to almost all of my female relatives. My wife does not dry hers in a dryer, she hang dries them. Hers are over a year old and still look good and have not shrunk. My wife does not like scratchy wool socks and these are not scratchy. She also has a thing about toe seams, but she says these are okay. I wish that they were an inch taller in height and came in sizes like medium and large, shes a seven and a half. My wife says they fit her mother okay and shes a size 10. However for a larger foot they stretch more and the sock becomes thinner. For the price they are a good value for 80% wool, 13% cotton, 7% polyester yarn. I think it is hard for women to find quality clothing thats fairly priced and warm and when you live in Maine thats what you need. (yes we could go to Beans but they have cut their guarantee to one year, but kept the high prices so we are doing less with them). I ordered five more sets for presents for Christmas 2022. That puts me at nine sets or more so I guess we like em.
