> 3 dayThe rumors that the D-pad was improved for the Xenoblade model appear to be true. I get far fewer unintended button presses on perpendicular axes with this unit than I do with my original dark gray unit. In my opinion, this is the best Switch controller currently available from a functional standpoint. The cosmetic design is quite good and matches the aesthetic of the game well, without being crass or visually busy. The controller also appears with red handles in the console controller menu, making it easy to distinguish at a glance.

> 3 dayThe product is special because it is limited edition. But I received it with a crumpled product box. I think it would be good to get it in an unbroken box.

> 3 dayI would highly recommend anyone on the fence about purchasing the controller, to buy it while prices are relatively “low”. An amazing purchase none the less

> 3 daySo this controller is the real deal. I love it. I was worried at first because I hear a lot of complaints about the D-pad, but so far, I havent had any issues with it. It paired up with my Switch so easily, and I was ready to use it within a minute of taking it out of the box. It feels so comfortable in my hands, and it is also very responsive and overall very good. Im very happy with my Xenoblade Chronicles 2 edition pro controller. Very worth the $100 I spent on this controller. One thing I am annoyed about though is that it was very poorly packaged. The box was damaged. I ordered another controller from someone on Mercari, and they packaged it in an actual box with bubble rap all around it, and the box was in perfect shape. You would think for a $100 controller, they would package it better, but this guy used the actual box the controller comes in as the package and just wrapped it in some flimsy envelope paper which is totally unacceptable for a collector item like the Xenoblade controller. DO BETTER WITH THE PACKAGING AMAZON! So many times Ive bought an expensive collectors item from Amazon, only for it to be shipped in an envelope and the box gets damaged. Getting very annoyed with this.

> 3 dayHas some drift and the joysticks do not have as much of a resistance as I’d like - harder to make finer movements in FPS games like Doom. Also the right grip is a bit flimsy and shifts back and forth (I’ve tried tightening with electronic screwdriver but still shifts around).
