Expensive but an extremely comfortable controller. No connectivity issues and has a subdued but beautiful finish with a mixture of matte and gloss.

It’s great, doesn’t lag, drift, or feel heavier as other non-official controllers do. Heavily recommended it!

    Greater than one week

I tend to try and get the 1st party accessories for my systems, but Nintendo is one of those hit and miss systems. I play a lot of the older video games and the same quirks persist. I cant blame the controller, entirely, some are built into the coding. Pushing up on the directional pad, pinpointed on up and no side touch, seems to always give you unexpected results. The joy-cons seem to do better, so its not all coding either. Im 64 and 250lbs, I have big hands. You would think the issue should be reversed with the larger pro controller buttons. It likely has to do with the separated directional pad vs the solid old school D-pad. The sticks seem to work well for the newer games, Had an issue with drag in one game but Im pretty sure its an incompatibility issue since it doesnt drag in other games. Synopsis: Overpriced but decent controllers. havent had any issues with battery or disconnects(still within the first week). I like the feature to power on switch from control. There does seem to be some lag at times, but its momentary and expected with wireless. I do wish nintendo would start building with more premium parts to compete with the cheaper 3rd party controllers. But thats been a request since the NES was released(Compatibility vs function). Best controller they ever made was the N64 controller, I hated the sight of it, wasnt a big fan of how it fit in my hand, but it worked well after adjusting to the odd shape. I would have also liked them to make the +/- buttons more accessible. I find myself hitting the screen shot button more than the -(Select Key) in Metroid. Considering the games that still use Select- key are older and work better with the d-pad those buttons should be inverted. make the +/- keys bigger, maybe even the home, keep screenshot the same and SS and home in center of controller away from the d-pad and ABXY buttons. If im going to take a screenshot, its not going to be while im fumbling to swap to missiles. Overall: Id recommend it. Its a decent controller and hopefully it continues to work well. Despite its flaws, it adds to the NES nastalgia(oddly). It fits well in my hand, and it responds well for the most part. Keep in mind I play a lot of older games, so those quirks may be in part to the coding(although also Nintendo). It has some heft and doesnt feel cheap like some 3rd party controllers. Im pleased with my purchase, and reserve my right to update this if my opinion changes.

Got this for my son for Christmas, he loves it and says it works well. Im not sure that I believe is any better than the normal pro controller, but he loves the design. It does have a great grip and its more comfortable for many games than the Joy Cons.

This controller is great. Fits nicely in my hands. It has great grip so it doesn’t slip while playing games. Shipping was fast and the description was spot on.

I really love this pro-controller! My boyfriend has the original black one but I wanted something to tell the difference and I didnt want to settle with other budget controllers and I really liked the color scheme of this one! I love it!

Overall this is a lovely controller, the grip is great, it’s light weight but not too light, and joy sticks are smooth. The only thing that kind of bother me is that mine came with a misprint of the “A” button not being emeral green like the rest. Kind of make it seem like Pyra core when part of it is on Rex. Other than that, no compliant here.
