Great size for my Syrian hamster. Fits well in his 40 gallon tank. Chambers are great and allow me to check in on him easily without disturbing him. I have other Niteangel products in his tank as well which are all fantastic! I do recommend coating the wood in a non toxic water based glue (I use mod podge) this helps protect the wood. Note: his house is raised on stilts also from Niteangel that matches with this product to keep it from falling when he burrows.

I needed a large house for my Syrian hamster that didn’t take up too much space and was safe to be chewed. I’m so glad I found this house. The 3-room size fits nicely in her 50 gallon bin cage. She can make a nest inside and I use the top to put her food dish. It is very study and I like that it has a natural look rather than plastic. I liked this house so much that I immediately bought a second for my male Syrian as well!

I have a Syrian Hamster and she absolutely LOVES this thing. I got her this to hide in during the day to get away from the light so she can sleep better. She loves the multiple compartments, she has made a sleeping room and another room to store food in and another room she just stuffs bedding in for no apparent reason. the holes leading to the different rooms are big enough for her and it has enough space for her to arrange the bedding how she wants. It is wood so depending how dirty it got would be a little questionable but my hamster keeps it really clean.

I have a 40 gallon tank for my fancy bear Syrian hamster and was worried that this 6 room large would be to large for the tank and take to much space but it fits in well! I set my 10 inch wheel on it and thought that I wouldn’t be able to shut my 40 gallon tank lid down since it’s tall, but it shuts and is well secured ! I’m a new hamster mom so I’m still getting the hang of making sure my hamster, lilo, gets comfy in his new habitat . I also recommend to get a natural wood stainer if you hamster pees just anywhere to prevent the wood from smelling like urine !

Loooove this hide, it’s super spacious for my dwarf hamster :) It was also very easy to clean and set-up, came with filing paper to sand down rough edges and is very sturdy. The only thing is that the edges are a bit too thick to fit well with the Niteangel ladder, so I filled in the space with some moss

Pros- my deer mouse loves it Cons- she loves it so much she stays in there and I never get to see her! I do love it but it got four stars cuz it is not easy to clean. But it was a good investment and it keeps my baby warm and comfy so worth it.

We like that it’s big and that our hamster loves it. What we didn’t like is that my daughter got a big sliver from it. But it is wood and it came with sand paper so we sanded it down all around the edges so it is smooth so she or no one gets a Sliver again. This product is very good though it deserves 5 stars.

Our Syrian hamster absolutely LOVES this house. He stopped using his bed in his basement box and moved everything into this one right away. Hes got a tube coming up from the basement box of his cage, right into the house, and then uses the hole in the roof to go into his other hideaway. You can see in the pictures how he is using the one large room for food.

My dwarf hamster immediately loved it & made it his main hideout! I bought the small 3 chamber & its perfect for my dwarf hamster in his 75 gallon tank. Looks great in natural setups.

Ive been slowly adding enrichment to my hamsters cage since she was not an expected addition to the family. This hide is just perfect. I put it in and she took to it right away by hiding some sunflower seeds and then going to sleep in it. I also was able to fit her 8.2 Niteangel wheel on top so it doesnt feel like this big hide took up too much room.
