Niteangel Wood House with Window, Chinchilla and Guinea Pigs Hut Hideout

My piggies love this guy. Its preferred over all the other hiding areas in their cage. They chew at it, but it has sustained minimal damage because of how dense the wood is. It was an investment that I dont regret my purchase. I would highly recommend this.

I bought this 1 year ago and a nail is sticking out. Please inspect these houses. Luckily my guinea pig hasn’t been hurt. I normally just clean the bottom so I have no idea how long it has been poking out!

It is far from chew proof but it is a great size for a chinchilla or two! Definitely happy and will buy more of this specific hut

I love the windows. One of my pigs doesnt like when the other pig joins her in a hidey so the window is a perfect way out for her. Plus, I can always take a peek at her when Im bored.

Had this for several months and I was very happy with it. Both my chins love to sleep together in it. Fast forward to today and I noticed small metal pieces sticking out of edges and corners. I pulled the ones I saw (Im sure there are more). Your chewing friend could get hurt so many ways on such a thin, pointy and potentially sharp piece of metal! DONT buy this if you have heavy chewers.

The item arrived with a long crack all through the top roof part. Wasn’t worth returning so I just used some wood filler…not a great option for guinea pigs though – they chew up the openings like crazy because the wood is too soft.
