I liked the feel of this tool. The ergonomics are right. Easy to hold and operate on any speed. Self use is of course sometimes limited due to the ability to reach certain areas but that applies to any unit. On the other hand being a Lic massage therapist for 25 yrs now I can from experience with the musculoskeletal system say that this is absolutely a hand saving tool for me. I have tried others but dollar for dollar this thing rocks! I would recommend any day to anyone. Thanks No cry! And PS I just received my cookie in the mail! Nice touch!

I Use this machine in a professional manner. I have broken 3 other machines. I had 7 90 minute sessions which the battery still had life at the end. A truly professional grade machine.

Love the product. Great battery life, good variety of settings and tools. Great packaging makes it convenient to take along anywhere. Unfortunately, my 15 year old high school athlete loves it too and took it along on a tournament trip to use and share with his teammates. When it came home, it was missing the charging cord. I contacted the company and wanted to buy another charging cord. Unfortunately, they dont sell the cord, but they sent me, free of charge, a new cord and complete set of tools. You dont find many companies like that. We are very happy with the product and exceptionally happy to spend our money with such a great bunch of people.

I bought this almost one year ago. I must say I am pleasantly surprised. I use it after long hours of sitting at my desk. Days can go by without use and it stays charged. I have only used the round head in all this time, but feel like thats all I need. I highly recommend this product!

I purchased this massage gun back in 2019 and I have used it every day since both pre and post workout and hikes and I have to say out of the few that I have used over the years its by far the best. To make matters better I recently lost the charger to my NoCry massage gun but after a quick message to the NoCry team they were able to quickly send me not only a NoCry charger ( free of cost ) but a whole new accessory kit to make sure that I can continue using the gun for many more years to come. I could not be happier with this product or the company. I highly recommend NoCry to anyone who is serious about getting a massage gun
