What I like about this massager (and why I chose it over so many others sold on Amazon) is its simplicity. There are two lights -- one to show speeds 1-5 and the other to shoe battery life 1-4. Only four heads, which cover any situation. (Others have 10+ heads which is total overkill.) Very light and comfortable to hold. I love it.

Product lasted all of 5 minutes before it shut off & wouldn’t turn back on. Really upset that I spent so much money on it. Returning.

I did a looooooooot of research before buying this. I didnt want to spend $600 for something with a couple extra bells and whistles (looking at you, articulating arm--not necessary) but didnt want some cheap knockoff either. I have to say I absolutely love this product AND the company. Not only did they follow up to see if I was happy (sorry I didnt respond; I was lazy), but they sent me a hand written note and a freaking fancy cookie with my name iced into it. I didnt eat it only because it was a the beginning of this covid crisis, but Ill be damned if it wasnt a unique way of saying, thanks and keeping their company in my thoughts. I have since recommended this to many people who are planning on buying one after things get closer to normal again. As for the product, it does exactly what is advertised and is one of the more quiet ones doing it. Its been great especially now when I cant get to a massage therapist. Highly recommend.

I purchased this massage gun back in 2019 and I have used it every day since both pre and post workout and hikes and I have to say out of the few that I have used over the years its by far the best. To make matters better I recently lost the charger to my NoCry massage gun but after a quick message to the NoCry team they were able to quickly send me not only a NoCry charger ( free of cost ) but a whole new accessory kit to make sure that I can continue using the gun for many more years to come. I could not be happier with this product or the company. I highly recommend NoCry to anyone who is serious about getting a massage gun

I did a lot of research (like a LOT) on these stupid things and kept getting turned off by the reviews. I havent had a single problem with this so far. Its powerful and very simple. The heads are great and the case is awesome to keep everything together/protected. Long battery life, great massage. The ergonomics are incredible, you can hold it in so many different positions which no other massage gun offers (you dont think this will be that big of a deal until you have one, trust me it matters!) I do not expect this one to randomly break like I hear of other brands doing, but if it does this comment will be updated. BUY THIS RN! best gift you will ever give yourself im so serious

Price point is great when comparing to other well-known massage guns. Id also heard some decent things about the product so decided to give it a try. After several months of use I can say that Im very pleased with this item. Its well designed and balanced and offers different speeds and attachments to get the job done. It seems like it will last quite a while before it starts to break down, which is also great. A quick summary: Pros - price, ergonomics, speed variability, attachment choices, good battery life, easy operation, well built, not too loud Cons - 3 of the 4 attachments are hard plastic (not the most comfortable, would prefer softer material), if you slip while using and the base of the attachment hits your skin it hurts! Overall this is an excellent product and would recommend to anyone with muscle pain, soreness or other ailments that require some massage.

Its quiet, has a great grip and is easy to use. I had a lot of stiffness in my knee from surgery and this massage gun was recommended by my physiotherapist, so I got it. The massager has helped me tremendously in my road to recovery. I had to purchase a 2nd unit because the 1st stopped charging. Customer Service responded my email within 24 hours, and resolved this problem by sending me a replacement unit for free.
