Product is durable and feels hefty. Great packaging as well. Owned ours for over 2 years and we LOVE IT. Only issue is the battery may have issues after a few years but their warranty covers it.

It is quiet, powerful and comes with a four year warranty. You get an extra year if you register the product. Also love that it comes in a nice carrying case.

I was so grateful and pleasantly surprised with the immediate customer service response when my NoCry massager stopped working. The claim process was super easy. The paperwork included with the item which has a little mesh spot to keeping the case included a QR code and two other ways to initiate a warranty claim. I got a new item in the mail right away and they were concerned about exactly what had gone wrong, making sure to collect the batch number for the item to turn in to their quality control. The new unit is in use now. We didn’t need to send back the broken one. I would highly recommend NoCry.

I heard about this brand on YouTube and was skeptical about getting it since it is half the price compared to its big competitors. I have been using this product for 4 days now and I must say that it is worth every dollar!!!

I received my NoCry Massage Gun about two weeks ago. Short term review, this is a quality product, well built, strong percussive action, and pretty quiet. I did a ton of research prior to ordering because I read how many guns can be stalled out with little force. Since I was looking for a deep tissue sports massage type of experience, this was an important aspect. Im happy to report that this gun does a great job and stalling/stopping the device is not an issue. Most of the time, the slowest two or three speeds are sufficient to do a great job.

It’s not as powerful as it used to be so pain is still there

I Use this machine in a professional manner. I have broken 3 other machines. I had 7 90 minute sessions which the battery still had life at the end. A truly professional grade machine.
