> 24 hourAfter installing Noctua fans in my system is dead silent. The Seagate 2tb HDD is nearly as loud as these fans. Dead silent! I would recommend to anyone whos interested just for the quietness factor as I was.

> 24 hourI am impressed with this product. Build quality is excellent, the accessories are useful, and instillation was a breeze. I can’t speak to unique measurements, but the fans moves a ton of air and is quieter than other rigs w/ same size fans. I’d highly recommend.

> 24 hourI purchased a brand new high current switching power supply. The cooling fan was extremely loud and was totally annoying to be in the room with it. I purchased this Noctua NF-A8 to replace it and was totally satisfied. The Noctua also delivered the same amount of cubic feet of cooling as the OEM one but was barely noticeable audibly.

> 24 hourHad originally purchased an Arctic 80mm fan that was DOA. Returned it to Amazon and researched for a better one. Voila! The noctura is excellent. Definitely a better quality fan than the Arctic. It came with a variety of power connectors/adapters to enable power and speed options and 3 or 4 pin connection to your PC.

> 24 hourLove these guys, super quiet, ended up not being fast enough those for most 80mm application. Usually when I come across a 80mm its ether got to force air through a whole case (like in a server a NAS setting) or its used in the basement of a case (big area of empty space) this works better for the later because it will evacuate the hot air to a point, but its not going to do much to cool any components in there, more just like maintain the status quo. Thats to be expect though with a 80mm 2500 rpm fan. I will say it is so damn quiet at 2500 rpms. I use them in my gaming case to keep the harddrives from getting too hot. But its not fast enough for my nas build to cool off 8 drives. For that you need something that can force more air like 4000-5000rpm.

> 24 hourA little thicker than I was expecting but thats my fault for not checking the dimensions. Amazing fans, push a lot of air and stay quiet at full speed. Even more quiet than my 140mm CoolerMaster fans.
