> 24 hourThis fan is great for the money. When I first turned in it was really loud because I didnt notice I have it a full speed. It is very noticeable. My wife asked me if there was a problem with the computer because of the noise. Once I have it set up at the right speed (I have a gigabyte motherboard) the noise went away. I would definitely buy it again for my children computer and for gaming systems, I wouldnt for more quite systems like the one in our bedroom. Quality is very good and light. I do not know how long it will last, but so far I am happy. The grey color is lighter than the one in the photo, I dont mind it though as I cannot see it because I put it to extract the hot air in the back of the case.

> 24 hourDoes what it says on the tin, as quiet as you would expect from Noctua with a more neutral color scheme

> 24 hourWhile Noctua makes excellent fans this one is a strange one. You cant use this in the top of a case if you have TWO fans. They simply dont line up beside each other like square fans because the fan edge exceeds the screw hole dimensions (not sure what they were thinking when they designed this). While the screw holes are indeed a 140mm fan spec, the fan itself is something like 160mm.

> 24 hourI bought these fans to completely replace the fans that came with my Fractal Design R5. Although the said case is really quiet I didnt think too much of the air flow the existing fans produced and wanted to get the option of ramping them up when needed. Thankfully they are very quiet when run in low revs (cant hear them at all) and move more air around but I have the option of now of turning them up to their full speed if needed. At full speed they do make noise of course but the air they shift is amazing.

> 24 hourI bought this fan to install in a micro ATX case as an exhaust fan and I can say Im happy with its performance. Noise level is not as quiet as I expected, but its not too loud either. Running at 75% its audible but not loud.

> 24 hourExcellent CPU Cooler fans. Paired 2 of them with my Corsair H110i GT which requires a lot of air pressure to cool properly due to its radiator design. Even though the fans need to push double the amount of air and spin twice as fast they were completely inaudible. When I first installed and ran them I thought they werent working, thats how silent they were. These a must get for any computer builder. Very very happy with Noctuas high quality and performing products. This is a steal on sale.
