> 3 dayThe top mount fan in my system was a sleeve bearing and already showing signs of wear so I bought these on a whim to take over exhaust duties on (rear and top mount). The sso bearing Noctua uses is supposed to be well suited for horizontal mounting and I had high hopes that the noise profile would meet Noctuas reputation.

> 3 dayhavent seen anything to hate yet, looks cool and elegant, seems to run at 1000rpm according to my motherboard which only had a 3pin header left, but Im satisfied with the amount of air it moves while being dead silent, for a moment I though it was so powerful it was sucking the case but it was the motor magnet :P its working fine for a couple of hdd/ssd

> 3 dayVentola perfettamente funzionante e performante e soprattutto silenziosa. Finalmente una serie noctua nera e non il solito beige. Noctua rimane comunque leader nel settore di ventole dalla pregiata fattura e cura. Super silenziosa. Consigliata!!

> 3 dayI had the Corsair Maglev fans before these. They were supposed to be quiet, until I hit the CPU with ANY kind of load, after which they were basically jet engines beside my ears. I was looking at other Noctua fans, but the price was a point of concern for me. Then I stumbled upon these and after a bit of googling, I found these are basically prev generation Noctuas, just a bit behind the current gen in performance for a significantly lower price. And they have been working great since the day I bought them. I can hardly hear them with my headphones off even on load. The temps are the same as they were with the maglevs. Noctua definitely deserves the name and popularity theyve got in the community.
