> 3 dayIn the computer world, Noctua is synonymous with high quality, and even though their ‘redux’ line would make you think some sacrafices were made, luckily its not in the quality department but in the accessories department. Gone are any extra cables you may get with one of their normal Beige and Brown fans like a Y-cable or low-noise cable...and gone are any anti-vibration accessories you may expect to get with their Chromax or normal fans. The ONLY thing you get, is the fan itself, and some screws to mount it. I have seen some other people comment that they had expected to get the anti-vibration pads commonly found on all their other fans, feeling misled by the amazon listing, but from the pictures I see here on Amazon for the Redux fan(at least this one) there are clearly no anti-vibration pads. I have to admit, initially this was an oversight I didnt think about, because of all the 5 fans I have in my case, I dont have anti-vibration accessories on any of them, I mounted them up as they came out of the box (3x 120mm ThermalTake Riing LED, and 2 Corsair fans that came with my case). Needless to say, because of all the drama of people complaining that these fans came without the anti-vibration pads, I quickly ordered some to come a few days after the fan arrived, however I wanted to mount the fan up to test out and see what everyone has been praising about all these years regarding Noctua(this was my first Noctua fan). When I mounted it, as an intake on the bottom of my case with the normal case screws that came with my case, and the rubber grommets that fill the holes which fans are mounted to for my Corsair Carbide case all I heard was....SILENCE. No anti vibration pads needed. I promptly cancelled my order for the vibration oad accessories, satisfied with the mounting of the fan. So, if you get little rubber grommets that go into the holes that you screw your case fans into, you may not need the anti-vibration accessories that Noctua offers, and pay extra for with their Chromax, Industrial, or normal fan line. Maybe these grommets arent normal, maybe im one of the few lucky ones but in my use case the anti vibration pads were not needed.

> 3 dayOne of the best in the market place. I have been using fans from the maker for many years and have always been pleased with them.

> 3 dayHo comprato questa ventola qualche mese fa e posso consigliarvela. Questa è una ottima ventola da 140mm di forma circolare. I buchi in cui si mettono le viti per fissarle però corrispondono ai buchi di una ventola da 120mm. La sto usando da quando è arrivata e fa il suo lavoro: le temperature non si alzano ed è silenziosa. Però per renderle silenziose ho dovuto abbassare un po la velocità, infatti quando lho montata era un po rumorosa, non troppo però.

> 3 dayNoctuas Redux series of fans are the same high quality, quiet fans as their most popular fans but without the sometimes unnecessary extras.

> 3 dayI ordered the NF-P14s, however I ended up with the NF-P14r. Not sure how I should be feeling right now. Aesthetically the square frame looks a lot better. Also the squares actually suit my needs more than the round ones.

Greater than one weekTop quality fan but it is just a bit too noisy for me and thats why only 4 star. Apart from this the performance is great and it does cool my case easily and much better than stock fans. Next time I would option for 1200 RPM fan in this size range as it would be more silent and similar performance.
