> 3 dayThe small additional cost for this high-quality fan is worth it. Its the quietest fan Ive ever experienced, and it comes with plenty of cables, and mounts quickly and easily. Even though its practically silent, it seems to move more air than its far noisier predecessor. Its not the prettiest fan on the market by any means - the brown and beige will clash with a lot of case interiors - but I plan on replacing all four of my case fans with Noctuas.

> 3 dayI have nothing but Noctua fans in my case! After trying every fan out there (Corsair, Coolermaster, Cougar, Thermaltake, etc) Noctua always wipes the floor with them. I have an Corsair Hydrocooler H60 and with the stock Corsair fan my CPU temps at idle were around 25c but with Noctua fans its around 16c! Dont buy any other fan if you want maximum cooling!

Greater than one weekNon avevo mai acquistato prodotti noctua. Appena arrivate le ho installate la sera e sono felice dellacquisto. Montate due in entrata e due in uscita e sono silenziosissime. Sento solo quella dellalimentatore e quella stock del case. Penso che più avanti cambierò sia quella stock che quella del dissipatore. Lunica pecca sono i colori...ma penso che come per le ferrari è il rosso per noctua è quello.

Greater than one weekInstalled 4 into my rig, 3 in and 1 out. Much quieter than the box fan I was using to cool my PC(lol). Came with a nice supply of Y cables, extension, etc. Would purchase again if I needed more.

> 3 dayThis is a great fan with a lot of extras in the package. Its essentially silent, even without the quiet mode adapter. I recommend replacing all your case fans with these. However, the color scheme is pretty awful.

Anti-Stall Knobs
The NF-S12A"s Anti-Stall Knobs reduce flow separation phenomena in medium to high impedance situations and thereby increase the fan"s stall margin. This means that the NF-S12A is even more versatile than its renowned predecessor and can achieve better performance on heatsinks and radiators.
