Noctua NF-S12B redux-1200, High Performance Cooling Fan, 3-Pin, 1200 RPM (120mm, Grey)

Airflow is great, very pleased compared to the old fans I replaced. Fans feel rock solid too, not flimsy at all.

My PC has better airflow after switching out the stock fans at the front of my PC.

Very quiet and still provides great cooling. I got these mostly because of the airflow and static pressure through radiators they provided and the fact they werent the default brown of other Noctua fans.

I have now bought 5 of these and I wont use anything else. As the title says they are extremely quiet. They do However move a lot of air. I have 4 mounted in my case and the fifth I used to replace the noisy Corsair fan on my CPU water cooler. To my surprise, the Noctua is not only quieter but my average resting CPU temp is 2 degrees cooler. Under load, it goes up to between 3 and 4 degrees. Fantastic fans at a bargain price!!

If you want something with flashy colors alot of noise and a higher price, this is not your product, but if you want a really quiet fan, really powerfull, at a really reachable price and that is going to work for years. this is the best option. i have one of this from time ago and i replacing 1 rgb corsair fan and one nzxt that stop working recently, after less that 1 and 2 years of use. if you want rgb in your PC, go and buy a couple of rbg lights on amazon, dont waste your money in RGB fans, 90% of then sucks and are really expensives, those works when they want, sycn when they want and stop working when they want, no matter the brand, and the software needed to make them work is going to eat alot of resources of your PC , the Noctua NF-S12B redux was my best buy years ago and today.

This fan is not quite the same as the original NF-S12B, but its close enough. Its still ultra quiet and very reliable.

Im always pleasantly surprised by the performance and silence of Noctua fans. Even these cheaper redux models are excellent. I needed to knock down the socket temp of my cpu and two of these at the front of my case did the trick. Ive bought several Noctua fans now and will continue to do so.

I have two of these in my Corsair carbide 88R micro-atx case, one push and one pull. Since installation, my cpu temp has dropped about 10c and my computer is MUCH quieter. I’m very pleased, my Ryzen 5 2600x is no longer thermally throttling and I can actually listen to music without an annoying whirring sound from the fans... that constantly varies in pitch. I think the stock fan for the carbide 88r pretty much sucks, these are so much better... they can actually mov some air.

Purchased 3 of these fans for my gaming pc. Had no issue installing the fans, labeled easily to see which way the airflow goes. A good bit quieter then my stock PC fans. Only con would be the cabling shows a bit at the base of the fan but to be honest was not really a issue for me. Went from 2 stock fans to 3 of these noticed a temp drop and great airflow the way I set them up. Would definitely purchase these fans again.
