Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

I have no idea how this cooler goes onto a typical CPU with the normal orientation of fans blowing to the back of the case AND only need 165mm clearance when using both front and back fans, as shown in the diagram. Youd have to have some VERY short memory kits to pull that one off. Since the front fan is literally over the memory slots, like the cooler along with the front fan cover all 4 memory slots, for one you have to install memory kits before putting this in place, but two the front fan can only be as low as the height of the memory kits used.

My Ryzen 2700 with the stock cooler went from 75 degrees under stress testing to 45 degrees with this Noctua cooler. Massive difference.

Mounted on a Ryzen 3900x with only the middle fan installed I maxed out at 62 degrees Celsius using Intel burn test on maximum. Nuff said.

I shall be installing this in my Unraid server over the weekend; the intention of this initial review posting is to confirm the item received was the LTT edition.

Una bestia parda, pero lo tuve que devolver porque no entraba en la caja del pc por un par de centímetros, es muy muy grande. Una pena que lo tuviese que devolver, y sin problemas por parte del vendedor

Assicuratevi di avere un case capiente quando andate a comprarlo, occhio a montarlo per primo perchè poi non avrete spazio per mettere le mani nel vostro case, infatti mi sono sfortunatamente tagliato con le lamelle, ingombrante ma ottimo prodotto.

Recibí el producto a tiempo y el disipador llegó con todos sus accesorios en excelente estado. El único detalle es que al parecer a la caja le faltan los protectores blancos de plástico (poliuretano) que van alrededor. Entonces hubo mucho juego de la caja del disipador y accesorios durante el traslado.

I use this to cool an AMD 5900X - it does a tremendously good job.
