Noctua NH-D15, Premium CPU Cooler with 2X NF-A15 PWM 140mm Fans (Brown)

No doubt, ... The product is PERFECT!

I live in Hawaii and have no AC. Its roughly 78-85 here daily and this fan still keeps my CPU nice and cold.

Yes it did my fx8320 stays at 46c playing game has a sold build and the fans are so quiet even with out the low noise adapter will be buying noctua fans from now on

So far the installation in a mid tower with mobo installed was tricky but the fan is cool and quiet as can be i just built a ryzen5 3600x build which idled at 55-65C before the cooler and now I can play modern warfare under heavy load with it sitting at 45-55C its a huge improvement and its amazingly quiet even with one fan installed

Replaced a failing all-in-one liquid cooler with this beast and I couldnt be happier to go back to air cooling. The NH-D15 with both fans is barely audible in my sound dampened case even when the fans ramp up to around 70%. On my 4790k with a 4.6GHz OC and more than 1.3v VCORE stress testing has never seen a temp past 83c, gaming it tends to be in the 60c range, and for idle its normally around 35c. This was a huge improvement over my liquid cooler even before it was failing.

There was never a performance issue with the cooler, as it performed quite well. Unfortunately, it does not pair well with a lot of ram, while it is dual fan mode. Other than that 5/5!

Noctua is just the best at what they do. I kinda wish I got the all-black version, but its so quiet and good at cooling man... Also, way easier to install than even an AIO water cooler...

This is my second build using a Noctua air cooling solution and I am very impressed by the quality and performance of the product. Noise levels are low even with dual fam set up, and temperatures are low. There is not much difference between water cooling and a Noctua air cooling set up. The heat sinks are huge, but easy to install using the supplied clips. I installed this on a Ryzen 5800X using the Noctua thermal paste and have no issues whatsoever. Almost identical to my friend who has a similar set up but is using water cooling. Water cooling AIO solutions can suffer from broken pumps or (rarely nowadays admittedly) leaks. Recommended.

Noctua nous montre encore son savoir faire ! un excellente système de refroidissement pour celui qui , comme moi, ne succombe pas aux Watercooling AIO, et il na pas à se cacher, il est parfait pour les grosses config type ryzen 5900X ou i9 12900K, par contre la RAM sera compliquée a accéder une fois monté !
