I love just about everything about this cooler except for the outright obnoxious manner in which you attach the fans to the heatsinks. Thin, easily-bent metal wire frames have to be arranged perfectly along the blades, and it can be very challenging to attach them appropriately. Make a wrong move, and they stick improperly, meaning you have to pry them out and try again. It was needlessly infuriating, and I cut my fingers on them more than once.

I had a highly rated water cooler which maxed out the CPU temperature (90C) almost immediately when under load. I changed to this and the same work hit a max of 68C. At best this is superior technology, at worst it is just more idiot-proof than a water system. It is very big though so I made sure to measure the box before ordering.

This processor cooler works very well and quiet, so far no claims or failures since one month of usage. It is installed on a mobo gigabyte designare, xeon e5 processor in a cooler master maker 5 case, big case becuase of its height it is a tall cooler so be carefull when choosing the size of your case otherwise wont fit in.

In der Vergangenheit, ließ sich beim Bau eines neuen PCs der Kühler weiterverwenden. Dazu gab es Adapter von NOCTUA, für deren Erhalt nur die Rechnung eingeschickt werden musste.

This is the best cooler money can buy. It performs better then the AIO liquid coolers and is quieter. I have it on an i7 980 hex core running at 4.33ghz and it keeps it cool an quite under load. The quality of this product is great and the company stands behind its product and quickly releases new socket kits.
