Greater than one weekAs long as your case has decent airflow, this cooler is so nice. Its quieter than my old Corsair AIO and cools about the same. Had to replace the AIO due to a dying pump. I run with a 5800x and get good temps.

> 3 dayThis Noctua cooler is amazing. Many people already know and trust the brand, so it made it easy for me to justify purchasing it. This is the best cooler I’ve found so far and I doubt I will be ditching anytime soon.

> 3 dayIve been a fan of Noctuas products over the years. Coming from NH-D15s with dual fans on my AMD Ryzen 9 5900x CPU, I can say NH-U12A is an excellent performer to compared to the D line coolers. Installation was easy and straight forward, I used this cooler with NT-H2 thermal compound and it was the way to go. it reduced the CPU temps by 2-5 degrees °C, the CPU idle temp is around 31 - 33 °C, CPU temps under stress test 100% utilization doesnt exceed 78 °C. Im very impressed by this cooler from aesthetics to performance to everything. I highly recommend this product its worthy to consider and invest in.

Greater than one weekI upgraded from a ryzen5 1600 with wraith cooler to a ryzen 7 5800x. The wraith can be used but doesn’t keep temps as low as other options. Install was very easy especially if i have AMD as it required being able to use the existing mounting equipment. For $100 its bulky and quiet, no LEDS but does the job. Could spend $130-$200 on liquid cooled options. Worked for me and my budget and needs.

> 3 dayThis NH-u12a Chromax keeps my 13900k idling around 36-40C and is pretty much silent. I run 6 Noctua 120mm case fans as well, 3 blowing and 3 pulling. I did turn off MSIs “Enhanced Turbo” setting in the BIOS as well as limit the P1 to 125w , and the P2 to 253. Super stable, stays cool and quiet, no issues.

> 3 dayBought an AIO and it lasted less than a year. Installed this and I am so happy with it. Sleek, powerful, and quiet. Keeps my Ryzen 5600x at a cool 65°c under load and it is quiet!!
