> 24 hourFirstly, their VPN is awful, the servers are slow and nord failed MORE then once exposing my data. Worst still, I haven’t used Nord in YEARS and they just again tried to auto renew me for $100. You’ve been warned!

> 24 hourNo customer support at all. If you pay with a credit card directly to nordvpn and the product does not work, or be solved over email dont count on getting your money back

> 24 hourI bought this so I could watch my subscription to MLB without blackouts. I was told by the girl from Nord that this would work. It did not. When I called back days later I was told by another Nord employee that it would never work for that use because of the Smart DNS. It was a waste of money.

> 24 hourIt used to be that Nord was cheaper than ExpressVPN and could still select from a wide list of servers. After they billed me this past cycle, they changed the program so you can only select by city - no longer can you access all the servers in a particular city depending on scenario, now they give you one per city. So the number of available US servers went from 15-20 per city, for about 12 cities (over 100 total options…) to just the roughly twelve cities (12 options). Despite still having 10+ months left in my annual subscription, they refused to refund because I wasn’t a new customer - despite them changing the product in a way that makes Nord totally useless. Then they dared to lecture me on being respectful to them when they’ve defrauded their client base by reducing their product’s capability - and bumping the price by $40! Now they’re the same price as ExpressVPN - but Express is faster, easier to use, gives more options, can be installed direct on to routers, and doesn’t suffer the lag times and blockages that Nord’s limited servers do. Avoid Nord at all costs - go with ExpressVPN.

> 24 hourThe software works great, but it also blocks sites that I do visit, for those I have to suspend for a while.

> 24 hourUsed the Windows installer for Windows 11. Also used extensions for Firefox and Chrome. Installed without a hitch. Works as advertised. Not sure how useful it will be to me personally. But well worth buying a year’s worth from Amazon (no automatic renewal to cancel).

> 24 hourI signed up for a one month subscription to Nord VPN. I paid the one month fee and verified that the Auto Renewal switch was set to off. Imagine my surprise when I was billed the next month, and after contacting Nord VPNs customer service, basically told that was their policy. I checked my billing profile, and somehow, Auto Renewal was set to on. I do not trust this company and would not recommend them.

> 24 hourNordVPN and its customer support are useless. Installed the desktop app to immediately be told (by the app) that I needed an update. Went to the website and attempted to load the update, only to be told that I couldnt install any update because the app was already installed. Uninstalled the app to no avail - still, NordVPN refused to install a replacement app because it said I still had the app. installed. Ground my way through FAQs and self-help to no avail, doing all sorts of downloading of utilities and reconfig gyrations for nothing. Eventually succumbed to the chat support, worked my way past the bot, only to run into human customer service that put me through the exact same process that failed before. In the end, I ran through three separate uninstall attempts w/o success and ended up being given even more homework from the support rep. I decided to cancel the subscription, which it turns out comes w/ no refund after 30 days, in spite of NordVPN pushing multi-year subscriptions. All that to say that I find NordVPN to be a poor product w/ poor support and refund terms. I caution everybody against buying the product. The product is, in my experience, poor, the refund policy is poor, and their customer service support amounts to uninstall, reboot, install and a lot of homework after that. Just poor from start to finish.

> 24 hourThe product came as a flashdrive, and was easy to set-up. The tech support can be better. Instead of answering your questions or offering assistance. They rather ask you to give them every information about you, your computer, what service you use, even when your just needing a simple answer. Its the same process over and over, which gets old.
