There is no phone support, text only, and the techs send do it yourself links and have to be requested to walk through it. You will spend hours getting this set up. The techs did not solve my issues and i had to figure it out myself. It doesn’t support my router or my printer. It slows down your internet. Search results are based on the VPN router location. If you select this system plan on spending lots of time reading their self help articles. Also make sure your router is compatible before you buy it, otherwise you will only be able to protect your devices. They told me as long as my router was open protocol it was compatible but in the end game it was not. Orbi mesh routers are not compatible with Nord or Express. Express tech support is much better than NORD.

Worked fine except for NORD didnt play nice with Authy my authenticator app. I purchased a new PC & a few days ago now Im totally locked out of NORD even after changing PW etc. along with at least 10 emails to support. This purchase was good for 6 PCs and since I just purchased a PC this is only #2 of the 6. L@@k at the cover for yourself. My biggest problem was it didnt work with Authy even though it was listed as compatible.

This is a horrible product. I have to uninstall this software. Do not work for computer nor tv.. Do not buy.. No stars really... Tech support is the email.. Give you suggestion to make it work. Just horrible...

I purchased the 2 year subscription for this service. I initially went through the setup instructions and settings according to Nords website. My connection speed went from 300mbs to less than 1. Nothing worked to improve this after working with support. I tried to get a refund but that was not an option for support either. My phone is filled with NordVPN ads too. This is the worst of all the VPN services and I hope they shut down. Please read all the one star reviews and not the paid reviews that are at the top of amazon and google plan. If you dig a little you will understand.

The code you purchase does not work. When requesting a refund from Amazon, you will will wait about 3 weeks.

Impossible to reach someone from NordVPN on the phone. I have auto renewal. I cannot cancel due to an expired email address. I thought I was okay because my credit card on file expired. However, they were still able to charge. This is a quote from them. Please note that auto-renewal charges still go through despite your old card information being expired. This happens when the issuing bank remains the same, as they just redirect those new charges to the updated card. Please consider closely before signing up with NordVPN.

It’s good for online security as long as you know how to navigate the security features which is somewhat difficult ui.

I cant access my email or other important apps when I activate this product. Therefore, its a waste of money for me to have purchased it.

Easy to install

Read alot of reviews . Because of some of the negative reviews I only purchased a 1year subscription, just to check it out. Well after some setting adjustments, this VPN Rocks !! Very reliable and super fast. I am not sure were some of the negative reviews were coming from. But as of May 2022 using it in the USA North East, my experience has been great !! Just do some speed test and check what locations and IP they read you from. If you have any issues Nord has alot of info, or do a google search, plenty of info out there. Only issue I had was my edge browser was not using it. I later found my split tunnel settings were incorrect. I installed the edge app, but found I dont even need to use it on my desktop.
