Safe for me to use

A couple of years back I fell into a Surfshark rabbit hole. SS is probably the worst vpn I have ever purchased. It was extremely unreliable and would disconnect even if the autoconnect and kill switch were activated. Now jump to the end of 2022 and Im back with the best vpn available on the market. Nordvpn is worth it. And every year around the holidays they drop the prices for us. Connection and speeds are great on my Samsung tablets and phones. Same goes for my Win11 laptop. Drop 40 bucks for a subscription, your privacy is worth that much.

The software works great, but it also blocks sites that I do visit, for those I have to suspend for a while.

Installation was easy. There are a lot of nice features. It wors splendidly on the android platform. I have used VPNs before but I wanted to try Nord. I installed on 2 different later model computers- Windows 11. Both had issues. I contacted technical support. they responded quickly and were helpful. However after 3 rounds, I really lost my patience. VPN is to make my life easier. I really dont have anything to hide but I just like avoiding the ad trackers. So no more NordVPN for me. I did a trial of cyberghost - installed easily and worked perfectly.

The product is easy to install and the installation guide was crazy to follow. No issue encountered. Easy to use. Get the job done.

No customer support at all. If you pay with a credit card directly to nordvpn and the product does not work, or be solved over email dont count on getting your money back

I signed up for a one month subscription to Nord VPN. I paid the one month fee and verified that the Auto Renewal switch was set to off. Imagine my surprise when I was billed the next month, and after contacting Nord VPNs customer service, basically told that was their policy. I checked my billing profile, and somehow, Auto Renewal was set to on. I do not trust this company and would not recommend them.

Wonderful product! Works Great and really does keep your idenity unknown.
