Loved this machine worked with different sizes of ice and easy to use my 11 yr old granddaughter became an expert. The kids ans adults alike loved it

I almost didnt buy this because of all the bad reviews talking about how it doesnt grind the ice. Does the machine struggle to catch the ice cube so it can shave it? Yes about half the time, but once if catches it it works amazing and honestly if all I have to do is occasionally turn off the machine and jostle the ice cubes around so the blade catches them at a new angle then so be it. Machine works amazing. But know what to expect.

Bought this to have cool treats over the summer. We did a trial run and it worked great and the snowcones were perfect. Now I can get the machine to turn on but the ice canister won’t spin and it won’t shave any ice. It just makes a high-pitched noise. I troubleshooted it every way I know how it just doesn’t work anymore.

Just buy it! I recommend small pieces of ice bc it does take time but once it starts to make it, youll surely love it!

This is the 2nd Syrup kit I punched & it also was leaking. I decided too keep this order because it wasnt too bad & we had to have it for a certain date. The company that sells this needs to use better packing.

Flavor is good but could be a little stronger. Had to use a lot to actually get the taste of it. Except blue was stronger than others.

I bought this and used it for my daughter’s kindergarten end of year party. It was a hit! The kids and parents all loved it. Super fast! Worked great for hours none stop. We will be using this often.
