Packing not good for shipping because product leaked twice (original order and replacement). Both times it was the blue raspberry. Other 2 flavors fine and tasted good. Didn’t risk trying the “opened” one.

Bought this for my grandaughters 8th birthday. It is simple and safe for her to make icee cups all by herself. We love it.

I bought this and used it for my daughter’s kindergarten end of year party. It was a hit! The kids and parents all loved it. Super fast! Worked great for hours none stop. We will be using this often.

My son has been saving up for a snow cone maker and he finally got one. We used it as soon as it came. It’s super powerful and makes shaved ice within seconds! Clean up is super easy as all parts are detachable. You can shave up a ton of shaved ice and serve as you please. My 5 year old is happier than ever.

Why do I purchase items off of this site that come from places that, sometimes, dont bother having instructions. You cant use regular tray ice cubes with this thing. I assume you have to use cubes in grocery store ice bags for a better result even though I havent tried that yet. I had to keep taking the top off to help dislodge the ice from the chamber that was stuck and wasnt getting crunched. I had to tag team with my daughter who figured out how to put the ice crunching mechanism back in to make everything fit to use it again since I didnt realize that you have to watch how you take things off to learn how to put it back correctly. I used it once 2-3 weeks ago and that was it. Im not understanding why flavor is a rated feature on this item when this isnt an item that you eat. You have to purchase syrups for this separately (?). Easy to Clean, turn it upside down let it drain on a towel and the end. Didnt realize that when you put the lid on then twist it to your left, it starts the crunching process turn it back and that is it. No Switch. Should be a switch!

I got this as an afterthought for my kids birthday, just to try to make it a little more celebratory since we cant have a party during a pandemic. It turned out to be just the thing! Weve kept it out in the kitchen since the party and are still enjoying it. It functions really well and makes really nice fluffy snow. But there isnt a drain feature to let out extra water after leftover ice melts. A drain would make it better, but really, its enough fun that I dont mind the cleanup. I also bought the Shave-ice-syrups 12.7oz Snow Cone Syrups (6 Pack W/Cups/Straws), and I recommend those as well.

I bought this machine for a kid’s party. It was a hit !!!! It made everyone happy. I was surprised how this little machine could work so well! This is great for kids birthday parties, pools parties… I can tell that this will be very useful this summer !
