I was so annoyed to get this with 2 out of the 3 bottles leaking all over the box. The contents of the two leaking bottles were fizzing and bubbling as though they were fermenting. The seals looked intact, but upon further inspection they were somehow slightly open in one spot on both bottles. To add to this, all cones were missing as well as a few straws. This was for a party to i used what i could and tossed the rest and used plastic cups instead of the cones. What an utter waste of money. Never ordering this again. Not reliable.

I would like to change my review. This is an old review I did on this product when I first purchased.... I love this product. I bought it because I have the issue of chewing ice, but dont want to ruin my teeth & besides, who doesnt love crushed ice. But, its served multiple purposes here, serve snowballs, make daiquiris, all sorts of mixtures. The only downside is not being able to use it constantly. You have to wait 3-5 minutes between uses to give the machine rest. My suggestion is to crush the ice as much as possible before a party or event & store crushed ice in the freezer. Now, my review is different. TOTALLY DIFFERENT!!! I am now changing it, because this item broke on me one time & I thought it was my fault. Also, back then, it was Only $50. But, now since the price has raised for a product, that in my opinion wasnt worth the $50 I paid, let alone the raised price. So again, the product broke the first time & bc 30 days wasnt over, I was able to get another for free. But then that one broke too, about 2 1/2 months of me having it & bc it was over the 30 days, I couldnt trade it in & plus, bc I was using it so much, I thought Id broke it so I thought nothing of it. One day, in search of my trying to find a better one that can deal with my usage, I stumbled on this one again in particular. Thats when I began to read those reviews & low & behold another customer wrote a review on this one & she said her machine broke down around the same time. 2 to 3 months time. So bottom line people, this machine is a decent machine up to 3 months & it doesnt even cut on anymore. Is that worth the money????

Just buy it! I recommend small pieces of ice bc it does take time but once it starts to make it, youll surely love it!

Love this thing so much that this is the second one I have purchased. I have had my original one for 7 years and it is still working perfectly through my 5 children and my second grade class of 21 for end of school year classroom parties. This one was purchased as a gift for my brothers family and his wife sends me pictures of the kids and neighbors enjoying snocones on the weekends. If there are children in your life or if you still have those moments like I do, you need this!

The product was as expected and kids love the flavors however, even though the bottle was sealed the blue raspberry had leaked through the packaging. I purchased 2 of these and both blue raspberries leaked.

This machine is great but sometimes the ice gets stuck and the motor wont turn

My mother loved this product, I had gotten it for her as a birthday present. It just was a little louder than what I thought it was going to be.
