I dont understand all the high ratings. The handle for the suitcase broke during my first use of it. I am so careful with all of my possessions, so I had very strong misgivings about this brand once the handle broke when I got out of my Uber outside the hotel upon arrival. The mechanism got stuck and then the interior pole that pivots with the handle just snapped inside. It was pretty awful. The only thing Ill give as a positive is the lightweight textures and feels of the luggage, which do come with an excellent set of wheels. It looks high quality, but when the handle is so faulty - and lets be honest, the handle is the most important part of the luggage after the wheels! I had to wheel it around while stooped so I didnt have to keep carrying it by the carry handle! NOTE: Thank you, Amazon, for providing me with a full refund. This is one satisfied Amazon customer, not a Ben Sherman Nottingham customer. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing any other BSN products in future or ever again.

Love this suitcase! Hardshell with lots of storage areas inside. The wheels roll very smoothly. No complaints! Quick shipping too.

What appeals to me the most of this luggage is its rugged durability and the fact that each side has its zippered enclosure ensuring things stay where you want them when you open it.

I had previously bought this identical piece of luggage in the 24” size and then ordered this 20” one to match. However, this one is a different shade of red and does not match exactly. I only had the other one for 6 months so I would have thought they’d be the same color. It’s rather disappointing, but I’m keeping it anyway since it is the same style and is fairly close in color. I do really like the features of this luggage. Especially the interior and the reinforced corners.

I want to return the product. I received it damaged

This is a really pretty luggage and it moves very smoothly. It’s also very lightweight as advertised. However, it broke very soon after I used it for the first time. The handle seemed to be stuck and when I used a bit of force try to pull it up, one side snapped off
