The only issue is that you have to be extra careful with the zipper. If it breaks then that’s it. Other than that. It’s great!

Product came with tag that said this is made of materials proven to cause cancer and reproductive harm. Returned product immediately. How dare they not warn consumers in the description.

Luggage arrived earlier than expected. Color was nice. Disappointed that it did not say Kenneth Cole but Ben Sherman instead.

Not only is this very handsome looking luggage, but traveled extremely well on our trip to China, Korea and Japan. Being able to pack on both sides was such a positive and convenient thing. We must have gone to 30 or more customs so the divided sections were extra helpful. This is the luggage of the future. The wheels rolled smoothly, and through it all, we arrived home with nary a scratch. High recommend.

The color is very pretty. My daughter loves it, has not used it yet. Wheels seem very sturdy and smooth.

I havent had a chance ot use the suitcase yet. My only concern is that the sides seem a little thin but they might be just fine.

Very hard to maneuver, the wheels kept turning to wrong way and I tripped over it multiple times in a busy airport

Excellent Product

The wheels are not smooth. You basically have to pull, the wheels don’t rotate correctly as a spinner suitcase should. Totally bummed. I do not recommend this suitcase at all.
