Ive tried AC powder not in capsule form and it made a mess! From now on I will always stick with capsules. I’ve tried different brands of activated charcoal pills and the NOW brand seems to be the most effective. It works within 30 minutes for an upset stomach. It also helps reduce bloat (I take at night before bed). It’s also great when you’ve had too much to drink and want to avoid the dreaded hangover the next day. The only reason I’m taking one star off is because the price ($14, even with the discount) is too expensive compared to other online stores (avg price $10ish for 200 capsules). I didn’t think anyone could beat Amazon prices so shop around!
