These pills came covered in dust or something. I thought some of the pills might have broken open in shipping, which is still annoying but I took some. I ended up with a migraine that lasted 3 days. After it went away, I didn’t think it was related and had the need to take more, so I did, and now I am on day 3 of yet another migraine. This product does not qualify for a refund so save yourself the hassle.

Do you ever eat and afterwards, you get a bit of tummy ache...and youre worrying/wondering whether the food was unsafe or the meat was off? If thats you, these are a MUST have. The activated charcoal will bond with toxic, bad guys and carry them through your system. That feeling usually goes away within 20 minutes of taking the charcoal and unless youve ingested something really serious, it seems to take care of it. Make sure you drink enough water and also, be aware that you might have some black poo, but its just doing its job! We keep some in our medicine cabinet and always take it with when traveling.

These are easy to take and I take one or twice a week. When I do I notice that gas and bloating are gone. I will purchase again.
