These are great to have on hand in case of a very mild allergic reaction. They do not replace an EpiPen or a Benadryl, but do help when I’ve taken some thing I know I’m sensitive to.

I’ve tried different brands of activated charcoal pills and the NOW brand seems to be the most effective. It works within 30 minutes for an upset stomach. It also helps reduce bloat (I take at night before bed). It’s also great when you’ve had too much to drink and want to avoid the dreaded hangover the next day. The only reason I’m taking one star off is because the price ($14, even with the discount) is too expensive compared to other online stores (avg price $10ish for 200 capsules). I didn’t think anyone could beat Amazon prices so shop around!

We keep this on hand for various reasons. Upset stomach, gassy, bloated, discomfort intestinally, ate something that isn’t agreeing, over eating, heart burn, indigestion. It’s just great absorber of toxins and uncomfortable feelings. No side effects.

Always have trusted NOW supplements for most of my stuff. Good quality, reliable quality and value for my money compared to other brands.

Not used very much but useful for gas

I ordered this product to help my acne. My skin was breaking out. Despite using acne cream and cleansers, my skin was really acting out. Taking activated charcoal helps my skin to clear up. This is a pod brand that never disappoints. I would repurchase and recommend.
