Men need Fish Oil. This fish oil has plenty of EPA and DHA at a great price. Dont bother buying the Omega 3 6 9 complexes. This is what your body needs.

no smell, no indigestion. best fish oil capsule I have ever taken. the capsules are big but nothing different from the normal sizes I have seen. I take one at night and one before bed. it recommends taking them three times a day, but so far two a day is working fine for me.

I like this product and I believe this will help my health.
