> 3 dayI have been using NOW brand fish oil for a good while now to help supplement my diet with Omega 3s. Before the Ultra Omega was released, I used to have to take around 6 to 7 caps a day to reach the 2.0 gram minimum (EPA + DHA) that I was looking for. Now that these potent caps have been released, I can reach that number with only 3 caps per day. I have never experienced any fishy burps with this product like I have with other fish oil brands. It is definitely quality made, and has VERY low mercury content because of the usage of small fish (mackeral, anchovies, sardines) instead of larger fish. I highly recommend this brand of fish oil to anyone who is interested in supplementing their diet with Omega-3s, which is one of the best things you can add to your diet. cheers!

> 3 dayI get these for my husband despite the added cost of enteric coating bc otherwise he wont take fish oil. I cracked one open to verify they were not rancid. They work quite well for him.

Greater than one weekI combine with l-arginine and pine bark extract to help increase nitric oxide. These 3 supplements together improve my muscle pump during anaerobic exercise. It helps with increasing sex drive as well. I take them daily with Gatorade to improve taste. Sometimes I use warm water because the pine bark extract doesnt dissolve well in cold water.

> 3 dayI was recommended this product by a person that is very much into health, fitness and supplements; he described it as pharmaceutical grade. As far as effectiveness goes, who can say? Its generally considered to be healthy and thought to possibly help raise your good cholesterol number, which is why I am taking it. I dont yet have new lab numbers but even if I did, many factors influence blood chemistry so no real conclusions could be drawn. The only side effect Ive experienced is that the awful smell of the fish some of the Asian employees eat at the office doesnt seem to be that bad now. Kevin Jackson
