Cant say for sure, but I do believe this product does what it claims to do. I feel safe with this brand and have bought it numerous times.

It is unfortunate that some people may become hesitant about taking Vitamins - but especially the Vitamin B group contribute to my well-being. I also give these capsules to my Vietnam veteran brother who greatly benefits from them, because he needs Metformin, but in order for his body to digest the medicine well, it needs Vitamin B (specifically B12). His health has improved and he needs less Metformin at the same time1

As a vegetarian, I love finding supplements that have veggie capsules. I try to avoid gelatin.

When a nutritionist found I was low in B vitamins, he suggested I add this to my diet. I take it twice a day and it makes a difference.

These work well for keeping a person balanced internally when those stressful periods arise. Ive been taking them for years and I do notice the difference when I dont take them; stress wears me down physically, faster if I dont take these. Recommended but ask your doctor about it when you see them! Thank you.

These give me a good energy boost. I never take them less than 5 or 6 hours before bedtime.
