Recommend this product over several b-complex products that Ive tried in the past.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and fight Chronic Fatigue EVERY DAY with this monster! With a low Vitamin D deficiency, I need all the help I can get and have found a couple of natural vitamins have helped but this B50 is awesome! I generally take it mid morning and it helps me stay focused and alert till mid afternoon with my other vitamins. I would recommend it for anyone but especially for those with a chronic illness!

4 of our family members use this vitamin to ward off migraines or stop them at the first symptom. Caffiene. cows milk products, real chocolate etc loads the migraine pistol. Extreme stress pulls the trigger of that overloaded pistol. This yeast based B-50 vitamin builds a resistance to the symptoms (bright colors, vertigo, head pain, nausea etc) and when taken at the onset of one, will immediately stop one. The dosage that was prescribed to my family is 2 capsules with each of the 3 meals, lessening the supper one first to 1 then lessen the lunch one. Keep the breakfast one at 2. Each of our family have a little different system. But they all take 5-6 capsules at the onset if one sneeks through. (More underlying stress not paid attention to.) It lessens the time where that awful fatigue recks a day.

We use B-50s daily for memory and brain power. My husband swears by them for stopping the busy brain at bedtime as well. Weve had great success with this brand since weve been unable to find B-50s anymore locally.

Great products! My only negative is these are a bit large....im good but if you struggle taking pills keep in mind they are bit bigger. But great value and I use many their products!
