    B vitamins helped change my bad dreams into good dreams fast. I take B vitamins earlier in the day so they dont keep me awake with the energy they give. B vitamins are water soluble so when I drink too much tea I may rinse them out of my body and get the bad dream again and hang nails. Taking B vitamins helps. I take this dose since I may want to take more later...spread it out throughout the day.

    As a vegetarian, I love finding supplements that have veggie capsules. I try to avoid gelatin.

B-50 Caps provide a full complement of B-Vitamins plus Choline and Inositol. These vitamins work to support energy production, maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism, and promote the health of the nervous system.* B-Vitamins are water soluble, and with the exception of B-12, have limited storage in the body and thus require daily replenishment.
