NOW Supplements, Vitamin B-50 mg, Energy Production*, Nervous System Health*, 250 Veg Capsules

As a vegetarian, I love finding supplements that have veggie capsules. I try to avoid gelatin.

I had been taking a B-50 vitamin by another company and I was just feeling awful. My digestion was terrible, I was suffering with fluid retention and my hair felt like straw. And then I finally noticed that my urine did not have that B vitamin bright yellow color to it and I knew my body wasnt getting any B vitamins. So I switched to this wonderful company and now I feel amazing. My digestion is back to normal, I am no longer suffering with fluid retention, my hair is getting healthy again, my memory is better and my energy level is back. I have now switched all my vitamins to Now Foods and I couldnt be happier. I only wish that I knew about this wonderful company sooner. Included a photo to show the freshness of these vitamins.

It is unfortunate that some people may become hesitant about taking Vitamins - but especially the Vitamin B group contribute to my well-being. I also give these capsules to my Vietnam veteran brother who greatly benefits from them, because he needs Metformin, but in order for his body to digest the medicine well, it needs Vitamin B (specifically B12). His health has improved and he needs less Metformin at the same time1

Gives me energy and is effective if depression comes calling.

A nutritionist friend of mine who also owns a vitamin store only sells this brand and another which I won’t mention. He said because FDA does not control the supplements i. USA, you can’t trust what it out there for quality. He recommended this brand of supplements because they are independently tested for quality and strength. My husband and I take one a day and we also give one a day to our dogs too.

I take this product everyday. I have never had any problem with it. I would highly recommend.

I was hesitant to order because I wanted capsules not tablets. I seaerched for now B-50 capsules and it took me to this page. However, the title of the product was still listed as tablets. But I got beautiful small capsules. I just ordered again for my father-in-law (May 22, 2014) and they still havent changed the wordd tablet to label the product. But Im confident that I willl receive capsules like I did in April. I trust NOW products and believe this is helping all of us, especially in the energy department. Thanks for fixing this Amazon!

These vitamins are normal size of B vitamin capsules. They seem to work for me fine. I dont have any after taste or burps.

More less THE odor of vitamin B bc of capsule type. Better than tablet.
