I tried to save a few bucks and got the bagged brand. It upset my stomach. Switched to this one, and have no negative side-effects. This one is worth it.

This creatine works better than others I’ve tried I feel like. It’s also tasteless but it does NOT dissolve, like at all. You kinda just have to keep swirling it around as you drink it or down it super fast, which is annoying.

Ill be totally honest. Im 48 years old, going on 100. 3 kids and a 50 hour work week. I was a hardcore athlete in HS, gym rat etc. Fast forward to life situations; marriage, work and kids. I made excuses for years until I had a revelation to get back into the gym. I have always taken supplements, especially Creatine, in conjunction with a whey protein powder post workout. This product is great! I do mix it with a 25g protein powder (same company). Slam it right after my workout. I couldnt be happier with my gains in the last 2 years I committed to getting back in shape. It does take a lot of discipline. I go 5-6 days a week, 1-2 hours a day. No product will do the work for you. You do the work to make the product effective! In conclusion, Nutricost makes great supplements and are very cost effective. Your typical flavorless creatine powder. Mixes well and is at a good price point. Love getting the sensation of a good pump, and the ladies be turning their heads knowing this product is flowing through my veins. Don’t consider going to the gym without it. Stay buff!

I Work-out everyday and sometimes I dont rest. Thats why I needed the extra energy to continuing doing what I like. Im physically feeling that Im recovering faster.

the first container I bought of this has a nice compact form factor with plenty of space for the creatine to settle and made it easy to scoop. The second container I bought was super tiny, packed full and I had to stick my hand into the powder to find the scoop, which doesnt fit back inside the container once you pull it out because of how compact it is.

I use this everyday. After loading ... 10g x2 everyday for 7 days , approximately. I continue to use this at 5g -7g a day. I do not use the scoop that came with the supplement, I prefer to use a 1tsp measuring spoon. This seems to work better for me. This Creatine Mono. works great for me. The powder mixes great. Easy to add to breakfast foods like oatmeal and even cereal. Also easy to add to an after workout protein shake. I recommend this item. It mixes well and has almost no flavor. I will purchase again soon.
