It works great! Have only used on PLA and PETG but has great adhesion as-is and without glue stick or Magigoo. etc. Its similar to the original Creality flexible build plate but easier to remove from the magnet. You can remove it from the magnet before it cools down and the plate and part cools quickly so you can bend it and the part pops off. The only downside is that it needs to be cleaned with alcohol (I use denatured alcohol) after every print.

After only having this bed for 2 weeks the top film is starting peel off from the bed.
