> 3 dayI found this one to be very thin compared to others I have tried. It is a great surface, but would rather a thicker plate.

> 3 dayMine adheres well, well but after heating it to 70C it started to bubble up in some places, enough so that is throws off my mesh bed leveling by almost 1mm because the probe hits one of those spots.

23-11-2024One of the better pei sheets i have used. Adhesion is great straight out of the box using nothing but the sheet. Prints remove smoothly and have a nice glossy finish on the bottom

> 3 dayI wanted this to be a good PEI bed. I’ve used others, but parts tend to stick too well to those. I wanted one with a flexing metal base to easily remove parts. Nothing will stick to this though. Slow first layer, increasing flow, kicking up the bed temperature. None of that works. First layer or two goes down fine, then it looses adhesion, the part slips off the bed and the print fails. Do not recommend.

> 3 dayI like being able to remove my prints easily. I am having a difficult time getting them to stick. Painters tape for now.

Greater than one weekThis is the second (one for my other printer) of these that I purchased. My preferred print surface. Makes removing prints easy.

Greater than one weekI’m getting much better first layer results on an Ender 3 Pro with BLTouch.

> 3 dayUPDATE: The seller was very quick to remedy this issue, and the bed really is phenomenal. Don’t heat the bed when you clean it with alcohol! Use only a small amount of ~91% IPA (they recommend 95% but I can’t find this concentration) and it should evaporate quickly without the need for heat. —————————————— First off, I’d like to say that out of the box this print surface is phenomenal. However, I’m not 100% sure why, but the PEI coating formed these little bubbles after only a couple days of use and maintenance. It’s kinda hard to make out in the included photo because they’re extremely small, but they’re there. I can only imagine these will get worse over time… One possibility is that I used IPA to clean the surface while the bed was slightly heated. This allows for quick evaporation with a clean surface left behind. I try to do this after every few prints and have been doing so for a long time. I’ve never seen this problem before, and the item description does say IPA is safe to use on the surface. Prints still lay down mostly fine, but as I said, I imagine it will get worse, and I’m sure it isn’t exactly helping with adhesion…
