> 24 hourThe best mouse I’ve ever owned. And I’ve had a handful. The battery last very very long time. It’s comfortable. Just enough buttons. The removable magnetic side pieces are awesome. Great quality. I love it. Don’t worry about these bad reviews. Buy it and don’t look back.

> 24 hourI started having issues with the mouse out of the box. It started as minor cosmetic issues (I would select what color Id like the OMEN logo to be from within the command center, and it would last no more from 5-10 minutes before it would chose which color to be on its own)... about a month into having the mouse the real issues started. Seemingly out of nowhere, the actual functionality of the mouse goes down the drain. Sometimes its the right-click function, sometimes its the left-click, sometimes the scroll wheel will not work, and the DPI of the mouse will randomly be reduced a significant amount to the point where I cant play with it. If an HP representative reads this, PLEASE contact me for a replacement

> 24 hourFirst, I like to say the mousepad is MUCH bigger than I expected, I was surprised at the size of the mousepad. I am not a PC gamer and bought the mousepad purely for aesthetics, to go with my older OMEN laptop so the size is probably very useful for gamers but it is ALMOST the size of four regular square mousepads. It takes up a lot of space on my writers desk with my laptop. I thought, not a big deal still excited to use it. Then, I realized it has a USB-C cord attached and my computer does not have a USB-C port. Then I said, no worries it came with an adapter. I watched a review to figure out how to change the colors of the OMEN logo (HP is really bad about including full and DETAILED instructions) the video, although nice, was not helpful. The only thing I realized from the video is that the there should be lighting around the edge of the mousepad and mine wasnt on. I found another video that instructed me I needed to download the OMEN Command Center to control the lighting and it was available in the Microsoft Store. After downloading the Command center the Zone 2 lighting was still not working. After researching it was explained that unless you have a USB-C port on your computer it will not work. That was very disappointing to find out. I do a lot of upgrading on my computer and my OMEN works like a pro and I wont buy a whole new computer just to have an USB-C port. And the adapter is a nice touch but if plugging in the adapter doesnt give the mousepad full functionality then whats the use? So, wanted to update that tonight I decided to randomly try something. Because the mouse pad requires USB-C for power I thought, what if I tried my USB-C power adapter for my Samsung phone (came with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra at 25W)? And it worked. Because its not connected directly to the computer the USB port located on the outpost mouse pad wont work for USB dongles, I mean it will of course power them but since the outpost isnt connected directly to the computer, the USB port would not be either. I dont need that functionality since I am using a docking station anyway. So, if you want the edge lighting to work just use a USB-C adapter, sometimes called power adapter type-c. I dont know the outpost power requirements (I tried to find them for you but couldnt get more than the QI charging - charges at 5W) so, try at your own risk, but again, Im getting beautiful edge lighting and that makes me happy! :)

> 24 hourThis thing is a peice of junk, takes up a ton of space, doesn’t roll up it’s a solid slab, gets dirty easily, QI doesn’t even work, unnecessary wire

> 24 hourLove the feel of the slide the mouse has on the pad. I hate trying to charge the mouse. You must put it in a certain spot on the top for it to charge. For some reason I thought I bout a pad that charges the mouse if the mouse is laying anywhere on the pad. I was wrong. This is old school wireless charging for mice.

> 24 hourFinally, a wireless gaming mouse that equals the performance of a wired one. this mouse is fast. The estimated battery life is an impressive fifty hours. This seems accurate and it charges via any Qi-enabled surface. The lights and buttons are programmable. The finger rests are removable and the mouse is ambidextrous. It takes some playing around to find what conformation suits you best. Dedicated gamers will find the eleven different buttons useful; I found them gratuitous. I enjoy games but am not rabid. My brothers however are and absolutely adored this mouse. It is a pricey proposition especially if you spring for the related mousepad. But the convenience of fewer cables and superior performance makes this a winner.

> 24 hour· This is a gaming mouse but I’m using it as my only mouse which means 90% general use. It’s precise and comfortable for everyday use. I used a Logitech MX Revolution mouse as my daily mouse previously and this could be a replacement for everyday use. · The detachable magnetized thumb rests seemed a little gimmicky but they lock in securely. I use the mouse with both thumb rests. · Seems like the only way to get the Omen Command Center drivers is through the Microsoft store, not HP’s site. There was Command Center Software but it seemed to be only for the PC’s which was confusing and I lost interest trying to figure it out. If I can search the model and find the drivers on HP support then whatev. The mouse works without the Omen software but you need it to program the buttons. · The logo on the mouse changes colors which means I’m serious about gaming because…colors.
