17-11-2024So my ONLY complaint about this otherwise awesome mouse pad is the description. In the description (at least at the time I write this review), one of the bullet points is Qi wireless charging - Charge your wireless gaming mouse and Qi-enabled devices such as smartphones while you play The key words I read there, and lets see if others think the same, was the While you play. So here I am thinking, Oh wow, so this pad can keep my wireless mouse charged while I play! Awesome! So I ordered this as a bundle with the HP Omen mouse, which has yet to be shipped (thanks, COVID), excited that I can finally ditch the cord and game for long bits of time without having to worry about the mouse dying in the middle of a tense gaming moment. Unfortunately, when I unboxed the pad, I found that this mouse pad only has a small charging spot for devices, with room enough for one device to sit on. It does work. My phone is charging on it as we speak. But my hopes of having an actual pad surface that keeps a mouse charged DURING gaming again went up in smoke. So I am now back to knowing there are no pads like that out there. Still, thinking this was the first pad that could do that, I bought it, and I am still somewhat okay with the purchase. While my main purpose was the expectations I ranted about above, the pad itself IS a very nice pad to have. Its HUGE, so do NOT expect this to be a portable hard surface you can pack with your laptop and take with you. You will NOT be doing that. But for at home on a desk or table, this pad provides a large, nice surface to play on. It also lights up nicely and with the HP Omen software can be customized on the lighting. I do have to point out that if you do not have the matching wireless mouse to go with this pad, and end up using a corded mouse, the cord WILL catch on a device you might have charging while you are moving the mouse around. So the wireless charge spot is only useful if you use this with a wireless mouse. I will not be wireless until Amazon ships the mouse I ordered with this. Would I recommend this pad? YES! I actually would. I just wanted to write this review to let readers know in detail NOT to expect a surface that charges your wireless mouse while you play, as the description leads you to believe. Cheers.

> 3 dayI got this so I wouldnt need any extra wires on my setup and could utilize my phones wireless charger to keep it charged. It was a bit buggy on my hp omen 30l build but no issues since moving onto a Asus motherboard. Never realized how much Id enjoy using a mouse with wings but it makes it super comfortable.

> 3 dayI really like this mouse. Not a gamer but so far the mouse works great and is very accurate. I find the built in Qi extremely convenient. The ambidextrous features are a smart design and make it possible to have extra buttons, though I don’t know how easy it would be to use them.

> 3 dayI am so glad to have chose this mouse instead of the Razer Basilisk. The ambidextrous design is well thought out. My hand sits comfortably on it and even after extensive use. It also charges quick and the battery lasts me for around 4 days of a couple of hours of usage each day. I primarily use this mouse for general usage than gaming. I would definitely recommend this mouse to everyone (non-gamers included).

> 3 dayI started having issues with the mouse out of the box. It started as minor cosmetic issues (I would select what color Id like the OMEN logo to be from within the command center, and it would last no more from 5-10 minutes before it would chose which color to be on its own)... about a month into having the mouse the real issues started. Seemingly out of nowhere, the actual functionality of the mouse goes down the drain. Sometimes its the right-click function, sometimes its the left-click, sometimes the scroll wheel will not work, and the DPI of the mouse will randomly be reduced a significant amount to the point where I cant play with it.
