Great product, especially for the price! I just needed a stand to keep my laptop out the way while I used it with my monitor and this gets the job done well and is very sturdy.

The stand that I received is different than the picture shown! Just send it back for a refund! There’s no branding on the actual stand, so not sure they’re the right brand.

Wish I had invented this! I use a laptop (closed) connected to a mini universal docking station and a wide screen monitor for work. Because my desk is relatively small, I like to stash my wireless keyboard under the monitor stand when I need to spread out documents to read for work, which leaves no ideal place for my laptop. I decided to try keeping the laptop standing vertically in a cookbook holder before checking Amazon for a better solution. Eureka! I already was a big fan of Omotons mobile phone holder. The Omoton laptop stand adjusts to the depth of the laptop and is remarkably sturdy. Now my laptop sits vertically behind my monitor, leaving me more space on my desk to spread out. I like it so well that I am buying one for home!

When we updated our home office we added a monitor so we could dock our laptops. I have a MacBook Pro 13 and my wife a 15 HP Elitebook. This stand worked right out of the box for both. We could adjust it bit, but it really just needs to hold them and we arent rolling around on a ship, so once they are in place they are fine. It is very sturdy and just big enough to safely hold the laptop yet not take up too much room if you were using it on your desk (ours is on the floor). It does have the ability to be adjusted easily if you needed more or less room.
